Hi,

I'm having massive problems with our internet connection.

Tiscali were recently took over by talkshitalk.com (absolute fail) so they have took on our contract.

Looks like talkshittytalk were making some changes to our account settings and our internet connection keeps dropping every few mins.

Anyway, this is absolutley shit, i cant believe we weren't even given the choice if we wanted to go with talktalk or not, fucking tossers.

Anyway, think we will cancel with them to be honest as this is awful service, they say that the problem is with the router, not the internet connection?!?!?!!!!!!

idiots.

Will be back up hopefully asap

got refund to cover the calls, thing is we dont have a BT line, we pay our line rental to Tiscali, so if we wanted to move to sky we would need a BT line?! Which means... we havve to move our line back to BT in order to move ISP, BUTTTTTTTTT BT would want to tie us into a contract right?

Or is there a way around all this shit?

ask virgin about the cables in your area, we had non, and because we was getting good internet, they dug the cable in my garden for free
